Digital Products and Consultations — Final Sale
All digital products (PDF guides, downloadable resources) and cultural chart consultations are final sale and non-refundable once delivered. Because these are custom-prepared or instantly accessible digital goods, we cannot offer returns.
If you have not yet received your consultation or download and believe there has been an error, please contact us within 7 days of purchase and we will resolve the issue.
Ceremonial Practices — Final Sale
Traditional ceremonial practices (pujas) requested and paid for are final sale. Once a ceremony has been scheduled with the monastery, it cannot be cancelled or refunded as materials and monk time are already committed. If you need to change the date, please contact us as early as possible and we will do our best to accommodate.
Physical Sacred Objects — 14-Day Return for Damaged Items
Physical items (malas, incense, singing bowls, statues, thangkas) may be returned within 14 days of delivery only if received in damaged condition. To initiate a return, contact us via WhatsApp or email with a photo of the damage within 14 days of receiving the item. We will arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion.
Items returned without prior authorization or for reasons other than damage are not eligible for refund. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item arrived damaged due to our error.
