1. Nature of Services

TibetanAstrology.org provides cultural education, traditional Tibetan astrological tools, and access to ceremonial practices performed at Pema Choling Gumba monastery in Solukhumbu, Nepal. All content and services are offered for cultural, educational, and spiritual enrichment purposes only.

No guarantee of outcome is made or implied. Tibetan astrological calculations, birth chart consultations, and ceremonial practices are rooted in traditional cultural systems and are not predictions of future events. They do not constitute professional advice of any kind, including medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice.

By using this site or purchasing any service, you acknowledge that you are doing so as an adult of your own free will and that results are spiritual in nature.

2. Ceremonial Practices

Traditional ceremonial practices (pujas) requested through this site are performed by monks at Pema Choling Gumba monastery in Nepal. These are authentic religious ceremonies within the Nyingma tradition of Tibetan Buddhism. The monastery operates independently; TibetanAstrology.org facilitates the connection and handles communication.

Ceremonial practice requests are fulfilled within the timeframes communicated at the time of booking. Photographs and documentation of ceremonies are provided to sponsors upon completion.

3. Digital Products and Consultations

Digital products (PDFs, guides, downloads) are delivered electronically to the email address provided at purchase. Cultural chart consultations are delivered as written documents within the timeframe agreed upon in your inquiry conversation.

4. Free Tools

The free Tsikartsi calculator, lunar calendar, compatibility tool, and baby name generator are provided as educational resources. Outputs are based on traditional Tibetan calculation methods and are for cultural reference only. No claim is made regarding their accuracy as predictive instruments.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on TibetanAstrology.org, including articles, tools, and descriptions, is the property of Tibetan Astrology / Nursang Sherpa unless otherwise noted. Tibetan Buddhist teachings referenced are part of the public religious tradition.

6. Limitation of Liability

TibetanAstrology.org and its operators shall not be held liable for any decisions made based on content, tools, consultations, or ceremonial practices accessed through this site. Users assume full responsibility for how they use information provided.
