1. Information We Collect

Account information: When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and encrypted password via Firebase Authentication.

Report data: Birth information entered into the Tsikartsi calculator (name, date of birth, time, place) is stored locally in your browser and, if you choose to save a report, in your Firestore account document.

Newsletter subscriptions: Email addresses submitted to our newsletter form are stored in our Firebase Firestore database.

Booking information: Name, email, phone number, and intention notes submitted through ceremony booking forms are stored in Firestore and used solely to fulfill your request.

Analytics: We use Google Analytics (GA4) to understand site traffic. This collects anonymized data including pages visited, time on site, and general geographic region. No personally identifiable information is shared with Google Analytics.

2. Cookies

This site uses cookies for: Firebase Authentication session management (essential), and Google Analytics (analytics, non-essential). By using this site, you consent to essential cookies required for authentication. Analytics cookies can be blocked via your browser settings without affecting site functionality.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use collected information to: fulfill ceremony bookings and digital product orders, send newsletter emails to subscribers (you may unsubscribe at any time by replying to any email), provide access to saved reports in your dashboard, and respond to inquiries.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with any third parties for marketing purposes.

4. Data Storage and Security

User data is stored in Firebase (Google Cloud) services with industry-standard encryption. Authentication is handled by Firebase Authentication. We do not store payment card information — all payments are processed by Stripe or handled directly via bank transfer.

5. Your Rights

You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by emailing prideofthehimalayas@gmail.com. Newsletter subscribers may unsubscribe by replying "unsubscribe" to any newsletter email.
